Position Summary
Act as a strategic solution expert to penetrate existing Enterprise accounts and build long term meaningful relationships. Drive new revenue to the business and create advocates in the marketplace for the MRI brand, reduce attrition rate of existing Enterprise customers through open and regular communication, drive whitespace revenue into existing Enterprise accounts through new feature adoption, additional vertical uptake and utilization of partner integrations. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, experienced sales professional that is focused on retaining and expanding MRIs footprint of the existing Enterprise client base employing a consultative 'solution expert' sales approach.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as a 'solutions expert' in helping Enterprise customers with their unique business issues and strategic initiatives – become a trusted advisor
  • Work on developing detailed plans on how customers can best partner with MRI AND ensure this plan is executed
  • Confidently conduct client presentations, meetings, demonstrations and promote MRI at industry conferences and trade shows as required
  • Working with the broader sales team to share ideas, knowledge and business development strategies to ensure our approach is aligned across the business
  • Driving and managing the sales process - targeting retention, expansion and net new opportunities, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting/ scheduling software demonstrations, negotiating and administrating opportunities within your assigned Enterprise account list
  • Facilitating the sales administration process in SFDC.

Responsibilities

  • Design account strategies and work with leadership and marketing to achieve short and long-term sales goals for targeted Enterprise clients
  • Schedule / deliver valuable and confident presentations to existing clients / prospects
  • Develop detailed account mapping to ensure aligns with relevant goals
  • Develop and implement integrated sales strategies in conjunction with other business units on shared opportunities
  • Exceed assigned annual sales / retention quotas through upsell, cross sell and new sales
  • Handle the contracting process and sales administration (SFDC)
  • Utilise sales tools (salesLoft) daily to create campaigns and help develop and uncover opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing Enterprise customers through online and face to face interaction
  • Understand MRI's positioning in the market and be well versed in product differentiators and strengths with a view to expand client footprints across your Enterprise accounts
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, excellent record keeping and forecast reporting
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3 + years of strategic sales/account management experience in software industry or similar
  • Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationship in order to increase the revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with ability to work with the key stakeholders
  • Ability to engage with C suite confidently and interpret / convey MRI's mission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting to clients / prospects
  • Evidence of successfully utilising sales tools like SalesLoft or similar.
  • Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of technology and ability to absorb new systems and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred, yet not required
  • SFDC AND Hubspot experience preferred, yet not required
  • Residential Real Estate experience preferred, yet not required
