I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest and a global leader of diagnostic imaging, with circa 5,000 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional, and rural communities throughout Australia. We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.

About The Role
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and manage effective working relationships with key I-MED internal stakeholders, and managers, clinicians and staff working in I-MED Corporate and I-MED's Business Units.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Service Desk and systemic problem resolution
- Provide effective leadership to the team and continuously build the teams capability through team training, development, mentorship and leading cultural change initiatives.
- Manage the Service Desk budget, including any budgets required for specific Service Desk projects and key strategic initiatives
- Manage and implement performance planning and review processes for direct reports and oversee all Service Desk staff, including providing ongoing coaching, support and feedback to skills, knowledge and competencies.

About You
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing an IT department, people and teams in a medium to large organisation, demonstrated strong operational, commercial and business acumen and proven track record in delivering Service Desk functions. You will also need to have your ITIL v3 Foundation certification as a minimum.
You are positive, dedicated and forward thinking with a proactive approach. Your enthusiasm and desire to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers will ensure your success in this role.
