This is an exciting opportunity for a Group Reporting Manager, to be part of our global finance division based in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position will be pivotal in preparing the Group's financial statements and timely delivery of the Group's month end process. The role will be responsible for drafting technical papers to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for the delivery of Group month-end process
- Accurate and timely preparation of the annual statutory reporting process for the Group and overseas subsidiaries
- Providing support and guidance on all technical accounting matters and the associated implications for the Group
- Take a lead-role in the accounting for any transactions and acquisitions made by the Group including any international ventures
- Providing oversight of the maintenance of statutory AASB 16 calculations across the Group's property and other leases
- Focus on process improvement and simplification
- Management of external auditors
- Mentoring and development of staff

**You bring to the role**:
You are a highly collaborative, organised and self-motivated individual who has an exceptional attention to detail and can work autonomously to deadlines and key priorities.
You will hold a CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney CBD with the flexibility of hybrid working.
