**About the Role**
The Office Manager - Corporate is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the corporate office for I-MED Radiology Network. This role supports senior leaders and corporate teams across functions such as Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial.
The Office Manager ensures the workplace is well-organised, compliant, and collaborative, while also driving office operations, facilities management, and administrative excellence. The role also supports the Chief Executive Officer in an executive administrative manner.
The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
**About I-MED Radiology Network**
I-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand's largest diagnostic imaging network, offering medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures.
Across Australia and New Zealand, we operate 240 clinics and perform approximately 7 million patient procedures each year, making us one of the largest providers of medical imaging in the world. With over 450 doctors and 4,000 staff actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, a consistently high level of service is assured across all clinics.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Lead the smooth daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage executive schedules, travel bookings, expense reporting, and high-level administrative support for the CEO and corporate leaders.
- Oversee office resources, facilities, vendor relationships, and budget management.
- Coordinate corporate communications, leadership meetings, events, and staff engagement activities.
- Support onboarding for new corporate staff and ensure compliance with WHS and property policies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance office efficiency, systems, and collaboration.
- Assist with Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings, including preparation and logistics.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Team Administrators and coordinate broader admin support functions.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, with 7+ years in a senior EA or office management role within the Radiology or Healthcare industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Office Management (Certificate IV or Diploma required; bachelor's degree desirable).
- Proven experience in office management with a hands-on approach and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office or project management tools.
- Sound understanding of workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
