Do you have customer service experience and looking for a new and exciting career opportunity?
Mater Imaging, now a part of the I-MED family, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the North Sydney team on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis.
Mater Imaging operates Monday - Friday, 6:30am
- 5:30pm (with extended hours for MRI services). There are some limited services on the weekend, with all staff expected to be flexible to work rotating rosters.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception and customer service
- Managing appointments
- Payment processing and admin
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

**Key selection criteria**:

- Experience in customer service
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomoulsy and in a team environment
