What's the role?
Ready to lead the charge in delivering world-class digital content experiences? We're looking for a Delivery Manager with the expertise, drive, and vision to oversee multiple high-performing Scrum teams that power the workflow behind content creation and digital asset management.
In this dynamic role, you'll orchestrate the seamless delivery of tools and systems that support video, audio, text, and rich digital media across our digital-facing platforms. You'll be at the heart of driving continuous improvement, optimising processes, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with impact.
You'll partner with cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, and Iteration Managers to keep projects on track and teams aligned. Your leadership will empower teams to achieve key performance goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
In this role you will:
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-team projects that power our digital content workflow and presentation layers.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, managing capacity, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, manage risks, and ensure seamless delivery of content tools and systems.
- Foster a high-performing and motivated environment by managing and mentoring Scrum Masters and Iteration Managers.
- Oversee roadmaps, capacity planning, and timelines to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
- Be a catalyst for innovation and efficiency gains that enhance both team performance and user experiences.
Who are you?
- You have 7+ years of experience managing software development projects, with a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
- You have a proven track record in delivering complex projects, including effective roadmap planning and risk management strategies.
- You are an expert in coordinating and mentoring teams, particularly in Agile environments with Scrum Masters and Iteration Managers.
- You have exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and drive results in a dynamic setting.
- You are passionate about digital content creation and asset management, bringing a forward-thinking and improvement-driven mindset to every project.
