Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Ad Platform Operations: Oversee the configuration and daily operation of core ad platforms, including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and verification tools.
  • Provide Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of technical support to diagnose and resolve campaign, trafficking, ad serving, and data integration issues for AdOps and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure Ad Delivery Health: Proactively monitor ad serving, delivery, and network health to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical blockers impacting performance.
  • Support Campaign and Programmatic Setup: Assist AdOps and Programmatic teams with campaign setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with Technology Vendors: Log, track, and resolve technical issues with third-party technology vendors in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate on Product Implementation: Work with Engineering and Ad Product teams to test, QA, and implement new ad formats, site rollouts, and technology enhancements.
  • Drive Technology Evaluation: Investigate, compare, and recommend the implementation of new ad technologies, ensuring due diligence and accuracy.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage workflows, coordinate contributions, and proactively identify risks to ensure assigned project milestones are delivered on time.
  • Maintain Documentation and Processes: Create and maintain documentation of common issues and playbooks, and contribute to the improvement of ad tech workflows and QA processes.
  • Provide Training and Knowledge Sharing: Train and upskill internal teams (AdOps, Client Delivery) on ad platform functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Who are you?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ad operations, ad technology, or digital campaign management.
  • Practical experience with ad serving platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager), programmatic platforms (DSP/SSP), and verification/tagging tools.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital advertising workflows, trafficking, and campaign delivery.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors to troubleshoot or integrate ad tech solutions.
  • Exposure to site or product development projects, ideally with collaboration alongside Engineering or Product teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, query functions, and dashboarding).
  • Basic coding or scripting experience (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or Google Apps Script) to support troubleshooting, tag implementation, or workflow automation.
