ESP Recruitment have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administration Resourcer to join our team based in Dandenong South

We are looking for someone that thrives on the challenge of a busy fast paced role and is team focused with a high level of organizational skills.

As the first point of contact for clients and candidates you must have a positive friendly can do attitude. This role requires someone that can multitask and handle volume interviewing and recruitment for multiple positions.

The primary duties of this role is to source and select candidates based on client requirements and suitability of candidate skill sets; to do this you will need to communicate well, relate to & view issues from the perspective of people from a diverse range of abilities & backgrounds.

Main duties include:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Screening resumes and booking interviews
  • Conducting Face to face interviews as well as online zoom interviews
  • Reference checks of all applicants registering
  • Entering and updating candidates information onto ATS system
  • Booking Inductions and running onsite Inductions
  • Communicate daily with consultants regarding candidates, selection, status and upcoming requirements
  • Assisting consultants with rosters and other daily administrative duties as required
  • Data Entry
  • Office house keeping

To be successful in the role you will need to possess the following:

  • Great phone manor and friendly attitude
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet individual and team KPI's
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and work well in a team office
  • Word/Excel skills as well as previous experience using an ATS/CRM system
