Are you ready to kickstart your career and dive into the fast-paced world of automotive retail? As a Sales & Admin Cadet with the Kevin Dennis Eastern Group, you'll work across four exciting dealerships — Eastern Subaru, Geely Ringwood, Eastern Deepal, and Eastern Foton — gaining hands-on experience in sales, administration, and customer service.

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to grow with us. No experience needed – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Learn and Do

  • Assist in day-to-day sales and admin tasks across our Lilydale operations
  • Support the sales team with showroom presentation, test drives, and customer service
  • Help with reception duties, answering phones, and managing enquiries
  • Learn how to work in a dealership environment with full mentoring and guidance
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge vehicles including EVs, hybrids, and commercial models
  • Develop confidence communicating with customers both in person and over the phone
  • Provide general support across departments, including sales, admin, and marketing
