The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and energetic Inbound Sales Consultant to join our team

The role is primarily to attend to Inbound Sales Enquiries from businesses (B2B), generated through phone or web. Your role is to contact the client and present a solution that will benefit their business requirements and continue to manage your pipeline and onboard new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to inbound sales enquiries, generated from online sources and over the phone.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Servicing B2B customers and delivering the best solution for their business needs
• Prepare proposals
• Follow up leads and efficiently manage sales pipeline using the company CRM.
• Managing sales pipeline through the company database
• Accurately complete service application forms.
• Providing the highest level of customer service and experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

What we are looking for:

• 1 Years+ past sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Passion to achieve and exceed monthly KPI targets
• Highly energetic, self-motivated and well-organised
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, along with confident phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Committed to providing the highest level of customer service experience
• Experience with technology or telecommunication services
