Rageism Beauty is Australia's first makeup brand created exclusively for mature women. Our mission is to empower women to feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated at every age. Now, we're bringing our products and story directly to customers with a pop-up store at Malvern Central — and we're looking for the right person to join us.

This is more than a retail role. It's an opportunity to connect with women, share your love of makeup, and create unforgettable customer experiences that inspire confidence. If you love speaking and approaching people then this role could be for you.

• Welcome and approach every customer with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued and included.
• Share your product knowledge and provide tailored makeup advice to meet each customer's needs.
• Drive sales through genuine connection, delivering a minimum of 2 product sales per hour.
• Maintain a beautiful, organised, and professional pop-up environment.
• Represent Rageism Beauty as a true brand ambassador in the local community.

• You are a mature woman who loves makeup and sales.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or beauty sales is highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for makeup, beauty, and making women feel good.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, friendly approach.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative in a busy retail environment.
• Love sales and making sales.

• Malvern Central Pop-Up Store
• 5 days per week, 9:30am–5:00pm
• Saturdays, Sundays and evenings
