With a track record of growing and supporting the SANY brand, this position is a key function of the construction equipment business as we look to transition to a major equipment supplier in the AU/NZ and Pacific market.

We're looking for an organised and proactive
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to support our Melbourne sales team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales quotes, contracts, and delivery documentation.
  • Manage CRM data, track stock, and assist with reporting.
  • Liaise with workshop, completing and submitting buildsheets, liaising with transport, and finance brokers to ensure smooth machine preparation and handover.
  • Complete stock in / stock out procedures in line with company and OEM policies
  • Assist sub-dealer network with inquiry, information and support where required
  • Administer weekly and monthly reporting for director of sales
  • Maintain our pricing authority schedule, including all supplier pricing structures
  • Support the sales team with customer updates, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Run our social media and marketing material. Assist in organising trade shows, marketing materials, and customer functions as/where required

  • Experience in sales coordination, marketing, administration, and/or dealership support.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Most importantly, someone who is
    self motivated
    and has the
    right attitude
