Sales Support Coordinator

We are one of Australia's Leading Commercial and Industrial Lighting company located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne established for over 45 years.

We are looking for an Internal Sales Support Project Coordinator candidate to join the team and be exposed to a broad range of major and smaller projects.

The primary function of the Sales Support Project Coordinator  is to manage the passage of Projects, Quotations and Sales Orders, through the operations of Versalux via the use of internal systems, in an accurate and time effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create and track sales orders within Versalux

· Receive and process customer requests and/or keep track of the response

· Generate an order confirmation

· Manage and co-ordinate large and small projects effectively

· Provide regular updates to all stakeholders

· Support and carry out quotations within Versalux as required including follow up

· Instigate and track the timely production of samples as per process and procedure

· Storage and allocation of sales staff's samples as per process and procedure

· Manage all 'fast track' items

· Sales support – generally liaise, receive sales orders, and follow up order status requests for our offices

· Project manage sales order from quote status to despatch status

· Liaising with customers on order details and meet delivery deadlines

· Building customer relationships with exceptional customer service

· Preparation and processing of sales invoices accurately

· Conduct a weekly review of outstanding orders and expedite

· Documentation completion and filing

· Attend team meetings as required

· Undertake other duties reasonably expected to be performed within your level of competence, as directed by your Manager or another authorised manager

· Experience in the lighting industry would be preferable or electrical wholesale industry will be looked upon favourably

· Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic

· Work in a team environment and team attitude

· A positive "can do" attitude.

· Excellent attention to detail

· The ability to build long term relationships with customers and suppliers
