My client, a leading name in the TechOne space is looking for an EXPERIENCED P&R consultant to join their team.

A Business Consultant specializing in TechnologyOne's Property & Rating solution would be responsible for helping local governments and organizations manage properties, valuations, rates, and revenue. They would focus on transitioning new and existing clients to TechnologyOne's CiAnywhere software for property and rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of TechnologyOne's Property & Rating Compliance module, including its functionality and benefits.
  • Customer Transition: Successfully guide new and existing clients through the transition to the CiAnywhere software.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing business processes related to property and rating management.
  • Customer Support: Act as a primary contact for customers, addressing their questions and issues related to the Property & Rating solution.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and identify solutions to customer issues.
  • Knowledge Base: Develop knowledge base articles to improve first-call resolution and enable self-service.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Data Management: Manage property-related data effectively and accurately.
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • TechnologyOne Experience: Direct experience with the Property and Rating Compliance module is crucial.
  • Process Expertise: Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively solve problems and identify solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and organized with a drive for continuous improvement.
