TechnologyOne is looking for an Enablement Specialist, R&D to embed enablement directly into our product lifecycle. You'll help developers, testers, and product specialists progress smoothly from onboarding to mastery, aligning learning with SDLC, release, and architecture practices. In this role, you'll improve product quality, speed up delivery, and drive stronger adoption of our SaaS+ solutions.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the capability of our R&D teams, ensuring faster, higher-quality delivery while driving adoption of best practices across the product lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality, and success of our products in the market, making a real difference for both our teams and customers.
What you'll do…
- Design R&D enablement journeys that accelerate time-to-competency for developers, testers, and product specialists.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Release Managers to embed onboarding standards, design reviews, and release practices into enablement programs.
- Deliver targeted learning experiences aligned to SaaS+ architecture, security, AI/ML, and quality standards.
- Create continuous feedback loops with Product Success and UX teams to ensure enablement drives adoption and customer outcomes.
- Consolidate technical and product training into a single, unified source of truth for all R&D roles.
What we're looking for…
- Deep expertise in R&D practices and methodologies, with a proven ability to embed best practice across multiple streams and verticals.
- Experience designing enablement journeys, toolkits, and playbooks that reduce time-to-code, accelerate release readiness, and strengthen product quality and adoption.
- Skilled at building partnerships across R&D, Product, Consulting, and People & Culture, aligning enablement to the full product lifecycle.
- Analytical and data-driven, capable of tracking and improving metrics such as time-to-independent release, defect rates, coding standard adoption, release readiness, and customer outcomes.
- Clear and influential communicator, able to simplify technical complexity and drive adoption of new practices across diverse R&D roles.
- Commercially focused and outcome-driven, adaptable in fast-moving markets while keeping the customer and product experience at the centre.
