Our clients in Brisbane are looking for a TechnologyOne Student Management consultant to work into a leading educational establishment in Brisbane.

A TechnologyOne Student Management consultant helps educational institutions implement and optimis TechnologyOne's Student Management cloud-based software for managing the student lifecycle.

What you will do:

System Implementation:

Guide institutions through the process of deploying TechnologyOne Student Management, from initial setup to configuration and user training.

Process Optimization:

Analyse existing student administration workflows and help institutions leverage the Student Management system to automate processes, improve transparency, and enhance the student experience.

Integration:

Ensure the Student Management platform connects seamlessly with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as financials, timetabling, and asset management, for a connected platform.

Problem-Solving:

Provide support for complex issues, offer alternative solutions, and resolve technical challenges related to the software.

Strategic Guidance:

Advise on how to best utilize the system's capabilities to achieve institutional objectives, such as improving student retention, simplifying the graduation process, and managing compliance.

Key characteristics of the role:

Product Expertise:

You will possess deep knowledge of the TechnologyOne Student Management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

Client-Focused:

You will work with universities and colleges to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Technical and Business Acumen:

The role combines technical support and software application with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

Consulting and Support:

You will provide both strategic advisory services and ongoing application support.
