As a Learning Designer, within our P&C team, you'll create clear, visual, and engaging learning experiences that help our people understand what 'great' looks like in their roles. By simplifying complex processes into practical learning resources, you'll enable TechOne employees to quickly build capability, live the TechOne Way, and deliver strong business outcomes within a global, growing SAAS Company.

What you'll be doing…

  • Partnering with People & Culture, Business Partners, and Enablement Tribes to design learning resources that align to role-centric journeys from onboarding to mastery.
  • Creating and publishing learning content in multiple formats (digital modules, videos, written guides, infographics) to uplift an enterprise capability.
  • Translating People & Culture practices, policies, and frameworks into practical enablement tools.
  • Building, testing, and maintaining digital learning modules and toolkits within TechOne's enablement platforms.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and scalability of learning collateral that support a growing SAAS business.
  • Using analytics and learner feedback to track adoption, effectiveness, and impact.
  • Contributing to enablement standards, processes, and templates for consistent delivery.
  • Staying across industry best practice, learning design trends, and new digital tools to continually improve learning experiences.
  • Supporting broader People & Culture initiatives, cultural programs, and employee community activities.

Your Talents…

  • Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create compelling, role-centric learning for diverse audiences, ideally within a Technology business.
  • Knowledge of digital learning systems, methodologies, and emerging enablement tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into engaging, audience-appropriate materials.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills, with experience partnering across teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and applying new technologies to improve employee experience.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry (desirable).
  • Formal qualification in learning, instructional, or training design (desirable).
  • Experience in enterprise enablement or People & Culture contexts (desirable).
