What's the role?

As Manager, Governance - COO, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting the governance framework across our Business & Wealth Division. You'll be responsible for coordinating risk committees and forums, preparing executive-level papers, and ensuring our governance processes meet regulatory and operational standards. This role is all about structure, clarity, and collaboration, working closely with senior leaders to keep our governance rhythm strong and purposeful.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexibility to support how you work best. You'll be part of a high-performing team that values precision, insight and a proactive mindset.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who's confident navigating complex governance environments and can bring clarity to the table. You'll thrive here if you're organised, detail-oriented and ready to make an impact.

  • Strong understanding of risk, governance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience preparing executive papers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgement in problem-solving.
  • Experience in committee coordination and governance processes is highly regarded.
