Dezire Homes is a respected and growing construction company known for delivering high-quality custom homes on time and within budget. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team and lead site operations with efficiency, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and manage on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate trade activities, workforce allocation, and material deliveries to support efficient project execution in accordance with specifications, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring project momentum
  • Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion of each construction phase.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including budgets, timelines, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
  • Resolve site issues and troubleshoot unexpected challenges.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure site compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in residential construction supervision preferably with a custom builder.
  • Current contractor's license valid in NSW
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
  • Ability to delegate and manage construction programs autonomously
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
