Reports To: Director of Growth and Operations

The WayScape ecosystem features innovative platforms designed to streamline the property sales process. The two products relevant to the role at this stage are:

  • WayMarket

  • an off-market property portal connecting selling agents, buyer's agents, and consumers through a transparent and trusted environment.

  • WayTask

  • a centralized support platform that assists agents with property-related trades and purchasing tasks, offering fast quotes and efficient job turnaround across Australia.

Our mission is to improve the property transaction experience by reducing inefficiencies, promoting integrity, and strengthening industry relationships.

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional user support across both platforms. This role is responsible for managing property listing workflows, buyer enquiries, service partner relationships, and operational issue resolution. Acting as the frontline contact and escalation point, the CSM ensures data integrity, customer satisfaction, and smooth platform operations. They are also key in upholding compliance, trust, and service quality across all user touchpoints.

At WayScape, we are looking for a candidate with the crucial ability to assist in paving the way for the processes and operations required for growth. As such, the following training and process development is required (if not already obtained):

  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
  • Price Representation in Real Estate - Underquoting TAFE Cert
  • CRM Management and Reporting Methods
  • Assisting in feedback and collaboration on day to day task planning/management and role flow to assist with onboarding future team members.
  • Undertaking a proactive approach to ideation and process improvement
  • Through our mentorship, being diligent in learning the entire ecosystem as well as the intricacies of WayTask and WayMarket so as to be a well-informed frontier of WayScape to the consumer/partner.
