The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated, Operations Coordinator, who takes pride in their work and is results driven. The main purpose of the position is to deliver a high standard of support to the state operations team. This position will be working out of our modern Bella Vista office 5 days per week with easy access to onsite parking and public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rostering & Payroll: Maintain and update rosters, track employee movements, support payroll queries, and monitor leave approvals.
- Finance & Procurement: Manage billing processes, issue purchase orders, maintain stock lists, process uniform orders, and assist with quotations.
- Reporting: Prepare and collate monthly site reports, analyze labour and hours worked, maintain compliance records, and produce safety and training reports.
- Training & Compliance: Coordinate inductions, maintain training matrices, assist with audits, and support staff training and documentation.
- Employee Onboarding & Administration: Support recruitment and onboarding, maintain workforce data, coordinate events, and liaise with HR and Payroll on staff matters.
- Office Coordination: Handle deliveries, mail, phone calls, document filing, and general office tasks.
- General Support: Provide coverage for other coordinators and assist State Manager with meetings and operational tasks.
