About the Role

This is a contract opportunity for an HR Specialist (Organisational Psychologist) to join a prestigious consulting house, supporting a major operational model implementation programme within the energy sector. The successful candidate will partner with leadership teams to understand strategic vision, desired culture, and target behaviours. Daily responsibilities include conducting cultural diagnostics and assessments, designing and implementing interventions to promote trust, collaboration, and psychological safety, and engaging with leaders to strengthen capability and foster followership. The role is based in Perth and offers the chance to work on a high-profile transformation initiative.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold formal qualifications in organisational psychology or a closely related discipline, with proven experience applying psychological principles in workplace or consulting environments. You will have a strong track record in cultural assessment, behavioural change, and leadership development, and be adept at conducting diagnostic assessments and translating findings into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion. You will be passionate, diligent, and hard-working, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering results in complex environments.
