The Position
 
The Company is actively looking for a Graduate majoring in Human Resources to assist our National Resourcing Manager located in Perth. This is a great opportunity to join the People & Culture team in our rapidly developing organisation. Duties will include:
  • Assistance with recruitment including advertisements
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Implementing HR initiatives and programs
  • Liaising with other team members and managers
  • Assistance with On Boarding
  • Coordination of career fairs and expos
  • Report and update key stakeholders on progress of HR strategic plan implementations
  • Developing resource planning tools
The Person
 
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications, experience and behaviours:
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Office Administration experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team & independently
  • Knowledge of HR systems, practices and / or standards
