ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Service Associate, you'll be the backbone of the team - ensuring brokers can focus on clients by keeping records accurate, processes smooth, and service enquiries resolved quickly. You'll spend your first six months in the office for full training and onboarding, then enjoy two days WFH each week as part of the company's flexible working policy. This is an exciting chance to join a brand-new support team, with opportunities to broaden your skills and explore future career progression within the business.
DUTIES
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications
- Resolve billing enquiries, overdue accounts, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate records, workflows, and reports
- Support brokers with mid-term servicing and client follow-ups
- Deliver ad hoc admin support to ensure smooth operations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy team environment, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in keeping things organised. You'll be proactive, adaptable, and ready to learn - comfortable managing detail but also quick to pick up the bigger picture.
- 2+ years' administration or client service experience (backgrounds in office management, payroll, or customer service will also be highly regarded)
- Strong verbal communication – clear, confident, professional
- Proficiency in telephone and email management systems
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the initiative to solve problems
- Background in insurance, banking, or finance helpful but not essential
- Familiarity with insurance operations an advantage
