At TradieMate, we deliver structured, effective marketing systems that help trade and service businesses grow. From websites and ads to lead flows and outbound campaigns — we're known for getting things live quickly, properly, and without fluff.

We're building out our in-house team at our Burleigh Heads office, and looking for a Marketing & Client Delivery Assistant who's ready to help us stay organised, keep clients supported, and take ownership of the little things that make the big things possible.

This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and curious about how marketing delivery works. Whether your background is in admin, VA support, customer service, or junior marketing — we'll shape the role around your strengths, and help you grow into the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

This role flexes based on your experience — but here's a snapshot of where you'll likely contribute most:

  • Client Coordination – Replying to client emails, confirming logos or licence details, chasing content or approvals
  • Website & Content Updates – Uploading content to websites or landing pages (we'll show you the ropes — our dev team has your back)
  • Copy Polishing – Reviewing marketing copy to ensure it's accurate, clean, and professional — you don't need to write from scratch, but a sharp eye helps
  • Outbound Support – Helping clients with B2B campaigns by sending and tracking outbound emails or making follow-up calls — if this is something you're good at, it could become a bigger part of the role
  • Task Management & Internal Comms – Keeping notes and updates tidy in ClickUp or shared docs, helping coordinate between the client and our design, dev, and delivery team

What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, professional communication — written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and a "finish-the-job" mindset
  • Experience in admin, coordination, customer service, or marketing support
  • Comfortable across tools like WordPress, Google Docs, Gmail, or shared folders
  • Experience as a VA, marketing assistant, studio coordinator, or front-of-house person is highly valued
  • Interest in digital marketing or the trades/services space is a bonus
  • Confidence making calls or following up via email is a big plus

Let's Talk AI — Because It's a Big Part of Marketing

We use AI tools every day to help us move faster — whether it's polishing content, generating draft copy, or speeding up admin tasks. This role will absolutely involve using tools like ChatGPT and others to support marketing delivery.

So if you're someone who already works this way — or would love to learn — you'll fit right in.

But here's the key: you still need to think for yourself. That means knowing when something sounds off, checking that the logic flows, and making sure nothing goes live that shouldn't.

If you've used AI to help write your cover letter or resume — awesome, we're all for it. We just value transparency and want to see how you think.

And if you've got great prompt skills or know your way around GPT (or another tool), definitely tell us — that's a big plus in this role.
