We are a telehealth psychiatry service looking for a medical administrative super star. We are a team, where every member works at a very high standard - and we are looking for a similar minded person to join our team.

We require someone with excellent communication skills for liaison with patients, referrers and other providers. This role involves managing bookings, dealing with patients, and liaison with referrers for service growth.

Hours are 10am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

-Confidence dealing with patient and referrer enquires

-Ability to work autonomously

-Ability for fast learning

-Showing initiative

-Excellent computer skills - excel, word, teams

-Ability to meet set KPIs

-Flexibility

-Ability to work under pressure and at a very fast pace

Experience in psychiatry is preferred but not essential.

Experience using Coreplus software is preferred but not essential.

Full training provided. Must be able to travel to locations within Melbourne for training.
