We're looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service / Picture Framer to join our team. You'll provide excellent customer service, guide clients through framing options, and assist with hands-on framing tasks. This role suits someone with retail experience who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in choosing frames and finishes.
  • Provide friendly, professional service and clear communication.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process sales transactions.
  • Help maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
  • Assist with cutting, assembling, and finishing custom frames (training provided).
  • Work collaboratively with the small team to meet daily goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Retail or customer service experience (essential).
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience required.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn basic framing techniques.
  • Interest in art, photography, or design is a plus
  • Australian work rights essential.
