The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of local experience in managing commercial projects and base building refurbishments. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management of commercial and refurbishment projects
  • Prepare and manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget

About You

  • 3–5 years of proven local experience in commercial construction and base building refurbishments
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and WHS requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive, solution-focused, and hands-on approach
