About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for Customer Care Officers to join our team in Dandenong South. Some of the key responsibilities are to:

  • Provide a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
  • Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
  • Learn a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
  • Use your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
