As we continue to expand, an exciting casual onsite based opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Customer Services Assistant to join the customer services team based in the head office to deliver exceptional service to; wholesale, retail and e-commerce customers' ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and seamlessly, supporting the increase in overall customer satisfaction and Weatherbeeta's products and brand loyalty.

About Role - immediate start

As the Customer Services Assistant (casual role) your duties include;

  • Handling and responding to customer enquiries professionally and courteously via different communications channels (calls, emails, web, social media).

  • Meeting the agreed customer service level agreement (SLA's).

  • Working with other team members to meet the specific needs of customers efficiently.

  • Assisting stakeholders across the; Horseland Retail Network (Stores and Online) and Independent retailers who buy from Weatherbeeta's wholesale arm of the business.

  • Meeting agreed key performance targets / budgets.

  • Demonstrating reliability and professionalism daily.

  • Maintaining a positive disposition and working cooperatively with others.

  • Supporting other members within operations/office on other tasks and projects.

  • Admin and system (MSOffice, Zendesk) related tasks as required and part of the role.

About You

  • Available to work onsite at the head office Monday to Friday, based in Dandenong South

  • Clear, friendly communicator with experience handling volume calls promptly and courteously

  • Professional telephone and in person customer service skills gained within a large wholesale/retail business

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Meets the job criteria fully

  • Zendesk experience desirable
