Ultralift and Westberg are growing Australian manufacturers serving the building, architectural, and construction sectors.

Ultralift designs and builds premium motorised lifting systems for residential and commercial projects. Westberg delivers high-quality architectural metal fabrication.

Both businesses are entering an exciting growth phase, expanding into new markets and major infrastructure projects including Queensland's Olympic developments, the new Tasmanian stadium, and other government-led builds nationwide.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a motivated sales team while managing key client relationships and major project opportunities.

This is a genuine step-up role for a capable salesperson ready to move into leadership within a fast-growing, technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and lead generation across Ultralift and Westberg
  • Manage major clients and project opportunities alongside the GM
  • Coach, support, and develop a sales team (currently four direct reports)
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and data integrity in Pipedrive
  • Support expansion into government and large development sectors
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, quoting, and proposal strategies
About You
  • Experienced in B2B sales of technical or product-based offerings
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret building and design requirements
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with customers
  • Disciplined, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Exposure to manufacturing, construction supply, or architecture-related industries advantageous
