We're looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of brand growth, digital performance, and customer engagement from the ground up.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
  • Manage all digital channels — including social media, website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and content across multiple brands.
  • Oversee creative development — from photoshoots to videos, brand collateral, and events.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and partnerships.

About you

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital strategy.
  • Proven track record in growing engagement, leads, or sales through data-driven marketing.
  • Confident with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communicator with creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills — able to balance strategy and execution.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
