Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist located in West Footscray, VIC. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, handling order processes, and maintaining customer databases. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, preparing sales reports, managing inventory and delivery schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries
  • Order processing and sales administration skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with inventory management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
