As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our brand champion and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the support and assistance they need to thrive on their wellness journey.

This is a permanent part-time office-based role located in Molendinar on the Gold Coast, reporting to the Revel Customer Experience Manager. Additional hours may also be offered during our busy periods, such as peak sales periods in November & December.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Support: Delivering a high standard of customer support on the phone, via email & by live chat to create an exceptional customer experience for our ever growing customer base.
  • Brand Champion: Establishing yourself as a brand champion, becoming an expert in delivering after sales support for Revel.
  • Technical Support: Delivering hands-on technical support & troubleshooting assistance to our valued customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre and post sales team members & stakeholders to ensure a seamless end to end customer experience.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in Customer Service: A customer service guru with previous work experience in a call centre environment, or similar role.
  • Passion for Health & Wellness: A passion for health & wellness that you embody in your lifestyle, connecting authentically with our brand's mission & values.
  • Technical mind: Outside of the box problem solving with a solution based mindset for our customers will be highly regarded.
  • What Sets You Apart: Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with the brand and your immediate team members.
  • Team Player: You will be a team player and bring an enthusiastic attitude to work each day - working collaboratively with, and building strong relationships with team members and contributing to a positive atmosphere for our team.
