Sales Representative – Automotive & Industrial Paint Industry

An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with the passion and determination to hunt for new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.

We partner with leading brands such as PPG, Concept Paints, SIA, and many more, providing extensive product training and ongoing support from top manufacturers in the industry.

The Role:

Covering the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business and expand our market presence. This is a chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, and energetic business environment where your contribution will directly influence growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively pursue new business within the Automotive and Industrial paint industries.
  • Manage and respond to internal and external customer enquiries.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule customer meetings.
  • Demonstrate initiative and commitment to driving growth and strengthening market presence.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous sales experience with proven results.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work autonomously.
  • Professional presentation with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
  • Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to work.
