HR Administrator – Join Our People & Culture Team at Koorong
Are you passionate about supporting people in a purpose-driven workplace? Koorong is looking for a detail-oriented People and Culture Administrator to join our People & Culture team.
This role will provide part-time (2 days a week) casual support with the potential to go long-term.
About the role:
- Manage heavy and crucial HR administrative duties such as employee files and HRIS implementation and migration to ensure safe recording, compliance and our HR systems are kept up to date.
- Provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle- from recruitment, onboarding and training
- Get involved in employee engagement initiatives
- Be the go-to person for keeping our processes running smoothly and ensuring our team members feel supported.
What you'll bring:
- Preferably, previous experience in HR admin or a similar admin support role.
- Currently studying or has completed a degree in HR or a related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A heart for people and a commitment to confidentiality
- Passion in developing within the HR space
- Proactivity and teamwork
- Alignment with Koorong's Christian mission and values
