Employment Status: Temporary full time, 35 hours per week, until October 2026

Salary: $129,464 - $142,665 p.a. (excluding employer's contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading.)

Location: Our primary place of work is the CSO Office located at 60-70 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Please note we will be relocating to an exciting new premises located at Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2026.

About the Role
The Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) is recruiting for a passionate and strategic People & Culture Partner to join the People & Culture team to help drive transformation, performance, and engagement across the Office.

In this influential role, you'll work side-by-side with leaders to deliver high-impact people solutions across the entire employee lifecycle. You will also support workforce planning activities, including resourcing, workforce insights and capability uplift.  You'll take a lead on various initiatives that not only align with CSO's strategic direction but also elevate the employee experience.

As a trusted partner, you'll navigate complex employee relations matters, champion capability development, and embed a culture of inclusion, excellence, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help shape a resilient, future-ready workforce that supports the delivery of high-quality legal services to NSW Government and its agencies.
