WT continues to grow across Australia and in line with this, the P&C team is expanding and has a new role to join a genuinely dynamic team, partnering with senior leaders to continue delivering strategic HR solutions nationally.

The People & Culture Administrator plays a critical role, providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, in maintaining up-to-date, accurate and compliant employee records, alongside the management and coordinating administrative activities across P&C, including employee record keeping, data management, and people systems support.

This role reports to the Head of People and Culture, with a dotted line to the Senior P&C Advisor, P&C Business Partners, L&D  and TA Partner.

Core responsibilities include support and management of:

  • Employee records and HRIS management
  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Employee lifecycle & offboarding
  • Learning & development support
  • Benefits & wellbeing programs
  • P&C policy and compliance
  • P&C reporting and analytics
  • Systems & process improvement

Ideal experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, Dayforce experience and knowledge would be highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
