We are Looking for a Sales Coach & Mentor

Spectrum Coach is a specialised consulting and coaching business dedicated to the New Homes Industry. We focus on helping builders and sales teams develop the skills and strategies needed to run a successful business.

Our expertise lies in sales coaching and management, ensuring our clients can maximise performance, streamline processes, and achieve sustainable growth.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Coach who thrives on guiding and mentoring new sales professionals to reach their full potential. About the Role

As a Sales Coach & Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting and developing new salespeople by providing structured coaching, real-world training, and ongoing mentorship.

You will help them build the confidence, skills, and mindset required to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

This role is completely flexible – work from home, your office, or anywhere that suits you. All sessions and interactions are conducted online, making it convenient and adaptable for both you and your trainees.


What You Will Do
  • Deliver online 1:1 and group coaching sessions
  • Provide practical tools and strategies to generate consistent sales
  • Mentor new salespeople on prospecting, closing, objection handling, and relationship building
  • Create accountability and motivation to achieve targets
  • Share insights that go beyond scripts – focusing on real results and confidence building
