About the Role:

Young Muscle Pty Ltd is seeking a driven Online Coach to join our growing team.

This role starts as a 20-hour weekly contract (remote) with a clear pathway to full-time employment for the right person.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

You'll receive full training and onboarding to learn how to coach the YM way. Our systems, our standards, our level of care. There are no sales responsibilities. Your focus is on coaching, client results, and communication.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering personalised online coaching using Young Muscle's established systems and app
  • Reviewing check-ins, communicating with clients, and making program or nutrition adjustments
  • Providing accountability, structure, and education to help clients reach their goals
  • Upholding the brand's high standards for professionalism, communication, and results
  • Contributing to the team culture and continual improvement of the coaching experience
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum Cert III & IV in Fitness (Exercise Science, Sports Science, or Nutrition qualifications also welcomed)
  • Previous experience as a coach or trainer (preferred but not essential)
  • Someone who genuinely lives the lifestyle, trains consistently, looks after their nutrition, and leads by example
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about helping clients achieve transformations
