Studio Manager Coach

to mentor and develop studio managers across our network, helping them hit KPIs, lead their teams, and run their studios with confidence and success.

What you'll do:

  • Coach and develop studio managers into strong leaders
  • Drive KPI success across revenue, retention & class utilisation
  • Design training and education resources
  • Build recovery plans for underperforming studios
  • Partner with HQ teams to roll out growth initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience coaching or leading managers (fitness, retail, or franchise preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen (P&Ls, KPIs, sales funnels)
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Passion for helping managers and their teams succeed

What success looks like:

  • Studio managers consistently achieving revenue and membership growth
  • Retention rates above target across the network
  • Thriving, confident managers leading engaged studio teams
