We're Hiring: Business Performance Coach – STRONG Pilates

STRONG Pilates is one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises globally. We're looking for a Business Performance

Coach to drive studio performance. You will work closely with our franchisees, helping them achieve their KPIs, lead their teams, and operate their studios with confidence and success.

What you'll do:

  • Provide ongoing business coaching and operational advice to increase studio performance
  • Run regular performance meetings across the network and monitor outcomes
  • Implement progress trackers, benchmarking and goal-setting tools
  • Lift sales and retention through ongoing education, scripting and playbooks
  • Analyse business results and present insights to STRONG's leadership team
  • Build recovery plans for underperforming studios with clear milestones
  • Support new studio pre-sales, team readiness, scripting and sales conversion
  • Collaborate closely with STRONG HQ teams to roll out growth initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience coaching or leading franchisees (fitness, retail, or franchise preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen (P&Ls, KPIs, sales funnels)
  • Fluent in reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Passion for helping franchisees and their teams succeed
