About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey - from initial consultation to completion - ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

You'll work closely with the clinical team to present treatment plans, coordinate appointments, manage follow-ups, and provide an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome new and existing patients and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Present and explain treatment options and financial estimates clearly and professionally
  • Coordinate complex treatment plans (e.g., implants, Invisalign, smile makeovers)
  • Follow up on pending treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records
  • Support patients in understanding their options and payment plans
  • Liaise between patients, dentists, and specialists to ensure seamless communication
  • Manage consultations, scheduling, and workflow for the clinical team
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism

About You

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Receptionist (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Warm, empathetic, and confident when discussing treatment and finances
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with dental software (e.g. D4W, Exact, or similar)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
