We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator with a genuine passion for customer care to join our growing team at Dental Care Centre, Fairfield.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is well-presented, and brings a warm, bubbly personality to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and patient communication
  • Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules
  • Maintain accurate patient records and accounts
  • Operate HICAPS and process patient payments
  • Assist patients with medical history forms
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with patients
  • Discuss treatment plans and payment options in a clear and supportive manner

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with D4W (Dental 4 Windows)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service
  • Ability to speak English, Arabic, and Assyrian (essential)

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Dental reception: 1 year (Required)
