Front Desk Coordinator for Dental Practice

Location: Five Dock, NSW (Close to public transport)

Start: Immediate

We're seeking a reliable and experienced Front Desk to join our friendly dental team in Five Dock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional, caring manner
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Educate patients on treatments and procedures
  • Handle billing and insurance claims
  • Support front office operations and treatment coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in dental reception/front desk
  • D4W (Dentistry for Windows) experience is essential
  • Italian Language desirable
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a long-term mindset
  • Saturday availability a plus, but not required
