Client Services Administrator

This full-time position is based at our Nambour head office, conveniently located near public transport and parking. You'll join a friendly, professional, and relaxed workplace where teamwork is valued, and contribute to delivering efficient and consistent service to our clients.

About the Role
As a Client Service Administrator, you will support our Town Planners by managing administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication channels. Your role responsibilities will see you:
- Facilitate new client engagements and obtain relevant personal details to establish client records in into office management software and job cards
- Act as a key point of contact and intermediary for clients, professionally handling enquiries, liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies and government departments, and providing updates regarding job progression
- Prepare debtor invoices, job costing records and generate reports
- Assist with public notification processes and compliance documentation
- Contribute to the continual improvement of office processes and administration practices.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment (town planning, surveying, engineering, construction or similar)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using WorkflowMax or similar project management/office management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
