Are you ready to put your organisational strengths and commitment to excellent service into a role where they truly count? We're looking for a proactive Client Services Administrator to provide dedicated support to our Town Planning team.

This full-time position is based at our Nambour head office, conveniently located near public transport and parking. You'll join a friendly, professional, and relaxed workplace where teamwork is valued, and contribute to delivering efficient and consistent service to our clients.

About the Role

As a Client Service Administrator, you will support our Town Planners by managing administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication channels. Your role responsibilities will see you:

  • Facilitate new client engagements and obtain relevant personal details to establish client records in into office management software and job cards
  • Act as a key point of contact and intermediary for clients, professionally handling enquiries, liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies and government departments, and providing updates regarding job progression
  • Prepare debtor invoices, job costing records and generate reports
  • Assist with public notification processes and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of office processes and administration practices.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment (town planning, surveying, engineering, construction or similar)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using WorkflowMax or similar project management/office management software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
