World Gym Mount Gravatt - Brisbane's premier Superclub - is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to take our membership growth to the next level.

About the Role

As a Sales & Membership Consultant, you'll be a key part of our front-line team — helping new members begin their transformation and ensuring every interaction reflects the world-class standard our gym is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and achieving personal and team sales targets with confidence and consistency.
  • Generating and following up on quality leads through outreach, referrals, community engagement, and social networking.
  • Building strong relationships with prospective members and guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Contributing to a motivated, supportive, and high-performance team culture.
  • Managing daily sales activity, tracking KPIs, and reporting outcomes.
  • Collaborating with management to execute promotions, events, and campaigns that drive growth.

What We're Looking For

We're after a confident, professional go-getter who loves connecting with people and is genuinely passionate about health and fitness.

You'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Membership sales experience within the fitness industry (preferred).
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, outgoing, and energetic personality that motivates others.
  • Professional presentation and phone manner.
  • The ability to thrive in a tight-knit, team-oriented environment.
