We're looking for a Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor to help us continue growing our Cali Crew. You'll play a vital role in connecting new members to our studio, sharing the UBX experience, and helping people finally find a fitness program that actually fits into their lifestyle.

This is not a "call centre" role. It's not about hard selling.

It's about conversation, connection, and confidence; understanding people, building trust, and guiding them towards the transformation they've been chasing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Casual position, 10hrs + from home
  • You'll handle all inbound leads, no cold calling, no door knocking
  • Convert local leads into committed members through genuine conversations and expert guidance
  • Work alongside an energetic, supportive team that's changing lives every day
  • Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to first punch

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service or fitness memberships
  • Strong communication skills, you love connecting with people
  • Passionate about fitness, health, and community
  • Energetic, driven and confident, you don't wait to be told, you make things happen
  • Coachable, organised and love hitting targets
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a gym, PT studio or retail environment before

  • Salary: Base hourly rate $30-$35 + Commission for sales (after base is covered)
