The role
As an Environmental Consultant, you will be supported by experienced colleagues while gaining greater independence in technical and client-facing work. You will:
- Undertake site investigations, surveys, dataset interpretation and modelling
- Prepare high-quality environmental reports and advice
- Contribute to projects across environmental management and remediation
- Support project management on small to medium assignments, including risk identification and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and perspectives are understood
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and collaborative team spirit
About you
You are a degree-qualified professional in a relevant field with developing consultancy experience. You are:
- Ideally with two years plus experience in a similar role
- Growing your technical expertise with a desire for continual learning
- Confident in engaging with clients and presenting findings clearly
- Capable of working independently on site and in report preparation
- Interested in managing projects and understanding the financial and risk aspects involved
- Committed to safety, quality and building strong working relationships
- Professional certification and ongoing industry training will be highly regarded.
