Membership Consultant

The most iconic gym in Brisbane - World Gym Mount Gravatt is looking for a highly driven, energetic and passionate Sales Consultant to help our team get to the next level

We are seeking an individual with an intense passion for fitness and ability to motivate and drive our membership team in our ever-growing Super-club

Your roles as Sales / Membership Consultant will include:

- Driving and motivating yourself and your team to hit targets
- Coming up with new and fun ideas to generate leads ei. Referrals, outreach, etc.
- Creating an efficient, inspired and motivating environment for you and the Membership team
- Hitting KPI’s of your own
- Tracking daily activity
- Achieving monthly targets set by manager or owner
- Foster a transparent & achievement-orientated culture
- Minimum 3 years experience in the fitness industry
- Membership sales experience
- Retail experience
- Proven performance and track record of achieving KPI’s
- The ability to push your team to grow and excel
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
